4Horsemen and Paragon has been removed from the repository one or two days ago. Try install Silent Hunter instead. It is in the repository.
4Horsemen, the new third party video add-on for Kodi, is a combination of four top Kodi add-ons, namely Paragon, Maverick TV, Bose Place, and Silent Hunter. It has probably the largest collection of 4K, 3D and HD content under one single add-on. How cool is that!?
